To jest niemożliwe, znowu łydka się odezwała 🤬 W lesie sporo błota i lody. Po kilometrze takiej ciapy (jakoś na czwartym km) zaczęło ciągnąć. Po około 1-2 km musialem się zatrzymać bo ból się nasilał. Po chwil puściło i dobiegłem do domu z umiarkowanym odczuciem bólu. Miało być 14km, wymęczyłem 12… Bilans 48.9/51.1. Wczoraj podobny bilans ale bólu nie czułem. Samo bieganie lekko.
